To use 3V3, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Reside in a jurisdiction where our services are legally available
• Comply with all local laws regarding online gaming and contests

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools or bots
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

• All games are subject to official rules posted on our platform
• We reserve the right to void games affected by technical errors or rule violations
• Player statistics are based on official data providers and may be subject to corrections
• Draft picks must be made within the allocated time or will be automatically selected
• Collusion, point shaving, or any form of match manipulation is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to cancel or void games due to extraordinary circumstances

7.1 Entry Fees:

• Entry fees are non-refundable once a game has started
• All fees must be paid in advance of game participation
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

7.2 Prizes and Withdrawals:

• Prizes are awarded based on final game results and official scoring
• Winnings can be withdrawn subject to verification and minimum balance requirements
• We reserve the right to withhold prizes pending investigation of suspected violations
• Tax reporting and compliance is the responsibility of the user
• Withdrawal processing may take 3-7 business days

All content on 3V3, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is owned by 3V3 or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Create derivative works based on our platform

9.1 Service Availability:

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. We are not liable for technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions.

9.2 Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3V3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Errors, bugs, or technical issues
• Third-party content or conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or our business
• Involves fraudulent or illegal activity
• Exposes us to legal liability

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

12.1 Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3V3 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Arbitration:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
