Delete your account

• Sign in to the 3V3 app or to 3-v-3.app.
• Go to Profile, then tap Delete account at the bottom of Settings.
• Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away, and we email you to confirm.

So that no money is lost, you can delete your account once:

• you have withdrawn any balance left from paid rooms (there's no minimum and no fee)
• any withdrawal you asked for has arrived
• you have left, or finished, every room you joined

• Your login: email address, password, and any Google or Apple sign-in (we tell Apple you've left)
• Your profile: username, display name, photo and phone number
• Your friends, chat messages, notifications and notification settings, your time zone and the record of reminders we sent you
• Your place in every crew: you leave them, and if you ran a crew, its longest-standing member takes it over (a crew with nobody left is deleted)
• Your card skins (bought items can't be moved to another account)
• Your support conversations
• Saved payout details that were never used

We keep records of purchases, payments, withdrawals (with the payout details the money went to), room entries, picks and results, and the outcome of any ID check (with your date of birth), for as long as the law requires, to meet our financial and anti-fraud obligations and so other players' results stay complete. These records are no longer linked to your name: your username is replaced with “deleted_” and a random code.

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
